SPRING 2026

Fully furnished by Artefacto under the leadership of Paulo Bacchi, this luxury residence in Orlando reflects a deliberate convergence of elevated design and high-end real estate. Conceived by designer Andria Tagliari and presented by realtor Dianna Desboyaux, the project positions curated interiors as a defining asset in the region’s increasingly sophisticated luxury market.
Throughout the residence, furniture is treated not as an accessory, but as an architectural force. Sculptural silhouettes, noble materials, and tailored finishes establish scale, rhythm, and atmosphere with clarity and restraint. Styling extends the language of the architecture, refining circulation, amplifying texture, and allowing each piece to contribute not only to the visual composition, but to the lived experience of the space.

This approach is especially evident in the living, kitchen, and dining areas, where the project balances openness with intention. Curved forms soften the architecture, structured pieces introduce contrast, and the material palette carries continuity from one environment to the next. Vertical slatted wood, expanses of natural stone, and carefully calibrated lighting reinforce a sense of cohesion.
Ultimately, the residence captures what Artefacto’s presence represents for Orlando’s high-end residential market: a new standard in how luxury homes are presented, experienced, and imagined. When interiors are resolved at this level, they do more than impress. They allow future owners to see themselves within the space, not as visitors, but as protagonists of a life already taking shape.
